Merv Rudner, AIF, RFC, RMC is a graduate of Duke University's Certified Financial Planning program and earned an undergraduate degree from Mercer University. Merv has obtained ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY® designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies and is a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) as well as a Retire Mastery Consultant (RFC) who has relevant experience in 401(k) plan development, Asset Protection, Comprehensive Financial Planning, Wealth Accumulation, Tax Minimization and Lifetime Income Distribution and Estate Planning.
Recently Merv was nominated as one of The 401kWire's 300 Most Influential Advisors in Defined Contribution Plans (401k, 403b, Profit Sharing). The Top 300 Advisors in Defined Contribution are distinguished from other advisors in the eyes of plan sponsors and providers.

In 2012, Merv was a co-presenter along with Jennifer Del Nero Associate Regional Director of the US Dept. of Labor on a 401k plan seminar in Atlanta. Specific topics covered included Fiduciary Liability for Plan Sponsors and Key DOL Audit Triggers.
In 2011, Merv and Emerald Wealth Management trademarked a proprietary 401k program, HomeTown 401k. This unique 401k offering is the first of its kind in Georgia and can be found at its website HomeTown401k.com.
In 2009, he was a presenter at the Boston 401(k) Symposium and served on the Best Practices Advisor Panel at this prestigious conference.
He has been involved in the Georgia business community for over 25 years.
Merv has also participated in a variety of Social and Charity based organizations including The Wounded Warrior Project, Georgia Kidney Foundation, CURE Childhood Cancer, Atlanta Pet Rescue, Pet Assistants and local youth mentoring programs for inner city children.
He currently serves on the Governing Board for HEAL Inc. which provides medical, nutritional, mental health, dental services in lower income communities around Atlanta.
